耳穴贴压法结合中医情志疗法对肾虚血瘀型月经过少患者中医证候积分及心理弹性的影响

Effects of ear acupoint sticking and pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy on TCM syndrome scores and psychological resilience in patients with oligomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type

目的探讨耳穴贴压法结合中医情志疗法对肾虚血瘀型月经过少患者中医证候积分及心理弹性的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2021年1月收治的80例肾虚血瘀型月经过少患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加耳穴贴压法结合中医情志疗法。比较两组的中医证候积分、心理弹性、生活质量(QOL)及月经失血图(PBAC)评分。结果干预后,观察组的主症、次症积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的心理弹性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的QOL、PBAC评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压法结合中医情志疗法可降低肾虚血瘀型月经过少患者中医证候积分,提高其心理弹性,改善生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of ear acupoint sticking and pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy on TCM syndrome scores and psychological resilience in patients with oligomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 80 patients with oligomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type admitted from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with ear acupoint sticking and pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy on the basis of the control group.The scores of TCM syndrome,psychological resilience,quality of life(QOL)and pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of main symptom and secondary symptom in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the psychological resilience score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the QOL and PBAC scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ear acupoint sticking and pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy can reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients with oligomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,improve their psychological resilience and quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
