基于流程分散策略的二次分诊结合改良预警评分对急诊诊疗效率及护理质量的影响

Effects of secondary triage based on process decentralization strategy combined with improved early warning score on emergency diagnosis and treatment efficiency and nursing quality

目的探讨基于流程分散策略的二次分诊结合改良预警评分对急诊诊疗效率及护理质量的影响。方法择取2019年9月至2020年11月我院接收的108例急诊患者,根据管理方案将其分为对照组、观察组,各54例。对照组接受常规急诊管理,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于流程分散策略的二次分诊结合改良预警评分护理管理。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的预检评估时间、转运时间、接诊时间、多科会诊等候时间、急诊救治时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的护理质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于流程分散策略的二次分诊结合改良预警评分可提高急诊患者的诊疗效率及护理质量,同时还能提升其护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of secondary triage based on process decentralization strategy combined with improved early warning score on emergency diagnosis and treatment efficiency and nursing quality.Methods A total of 108 cases of emergency patients admitted in our hospital from September 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the management plan,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency management,and the observation group received secondary triage based on process decentralization strategy combined with improved early warning score nursing management on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pre-examination evaluation time,transit time,reception time,waiting time of multi-department consultation and emergency treatment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The secondary triage based on process decentralization strategy combined with improved early warning score can improve the diagnosis and treatment efficiency and nursing quality of emergency patients,and also improve nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
