摘要
针对水稻育秧环节缺乏专用制浆设备的问题,设计并研制了一种固定式双齿辊筛分式制浆机。该机型主要由碎土搅拌和筛分装置组成,经过详细计算得出,碎土搅拌装置需要的传动功率为5.2 k W,筛分装置需要的传动功率为2.5 k W。在确定两个装置结构尺寸的基础上搭建了筛分装置试验台,通过试验证明,该型制浆机振动筛的最优作业组合参数为导轨倾角30°,转速2.0 r/s,振幅0.18 m,能提供高品质的水稻育秧泥浆,全面提升水稻育秧的机械化水平。
Given the lack of special pulping equipment in rice seedling breeding,a fixed double-tooth roller screening pulping machine mainly composed of soil crushing mixing and screening devices was developed.After determining the traditional system of the machine,the power required for the transmission of soil crushing mixing and screening device was calculated to be 5.2kW and 2.5kW respectively.Based on a detailed calculation of the structural dimensions of the two devices,the screening device test bench was built.The optimum parameter combination of the vibrating screen of the pulping machine was determined through the experiment as follows:the inclination of the guide rail is 30°,the rotation speed is 2.0 r/s,and the amplitude is 0.18 m.The research provided a reference for providing high-quality rice seedling mud and improving the mechanization level of rice seedling raising.
