摘要
在设计深海航行器推进系统时,为达到节省其内部空间的目的,电机一般采用外挂的形式,因此电机的防腐、密封性能尤为重要。本文所设计的电机选用噪音更小的8极48槽永磁结构,力波控制为200Hz,采用增加轭部厚度的方法对电机结构进行优化,能够有效减少电机运行时因振动造成的位移,降低电机振动频率,进而实现整体降噪。
When designing the propulsion system of deep-sea vehicles,the motor is generally in the form of external components in order to save their internal space.So the anti-corrosion and sealing performance of the motor is particularly important.The motor designed in this article adopts an 8-pole 48-slot permanent magnet structure with less noise,with a force wave control of 200Hz.The motor structure is optimized by increasing the thickness of the yoke,which can effectively reduce the displacement caused by vibration during motor operation,and decrease the motor vibration frequency,to achieve overall noise reduction.
