数控机床的人机界面设计策略

摘要 数控机床是计算机数字控制机床的简称,是集成了电气、液压、机械、信息等多项技术优势的机电一体化产品,由于具有加工效率高、加工精度高、自动化程度高、柔性化高等特点,又被称为工业母机。近年来随着科技的发展,数控机床正朝着控制自动化、系统开放化、操作智能化、运行高速化的方向发展,因此人机界面设计的优劣,直接影响着数控机床的综合性能。在人机界面设计过程中,根据国家相关设计标准,采用标准化和人性化的界面布局,不但利于操作人员作业,简化操作流程,提升操作体验感,还能有效提升机床作业效率,保证作业质量,充分展现出产品的使用价值和审美价值。 CNC machine tool is the abbreviation of computer numerical control machine tool,which integrates multiple technological advantages such as electrical,hydraulic,mechanical,and information.It is also known as the industrial mother machine due to its high processing efficiency,precision,automation,and flexibility.In recent years,with the development of technology,CNC machine tools are moving towards control automation,system openness,intelligent operation,and high-speed operation.Therefore,the quality of human-machine interface design directly affects the comprehensive performance of CNC machine tools.In the process of human-machine interface design,according to relevant national design standards,a standardized and humanized interface layout is adopted,which not only facilitates the operation of operators,simplifies the operation process,improves their operating experience,but also effectively improves the efficiency of machine tool operation,ensures the quality of machine operation,and fully demonstrates the product's use value and aesthetic value.
