摘要
综述基于秀丽线虫研究帕金森病及中药提取物的治疗进展。总结目前研究帕金森病常用的秀丽线虫模型,发现某些中药提取物如橄榄多酚、次大麻二酚等对各类帕金森病秀丽线虫模型有治疗作用,可通过多种途径保护神经元,减缓帕金森病的相关病理改变。
The research progress on traditional Chinese medicine extracts in treating Parkinson’s disease(PD)based on C.elegans PD models was reviewed.We summarized the common models of C.elegans in the research of PD,and found that some traditional Chinese medicine extracts,such as oleuropein and cannabidivarin,etc.,had therapeutic effects on various types of C.elegans PD models.Traditional Chinese medicine extracts protected neurons through different ways,and retarded the pathological changes related to PD.
