摘要
本文根据《城镇污水水质标准检验方法》(CJ/T 51-2018)[1](41.2)原子荧光光谱法测定城镇污水中总汞进行方法验证并对前处理步骤进行改进。结果表明,本实验室的方法特性指标(工作曲线、检出限、测定下限、准确度及实际样品的测定)均满足标准方法要求。
The determination of mercury in municipal sewage by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry was verified according to Examination Methods for Municipal Sewage(CJ/T 51.41.2-2018)(41.2)[1],and the pre-treatment steps were improved.The results show that the calibration curve,detection limit,determination limit,precision,accuracy and actual samples testing fit the requirements of standard method.
