摘要
为了满足超低排放标准要求,攀西某煤焦化公司对干熄焦环境除尘加装了脱硫装置,但设备运行时发现不能较好地适应烟气工况变化,出现外排超标现象,因此在对比分析了干熄焦环境除尘脱硫工艺后,根据现场实际,提出优化方案。本文探讨了提高干熄焦环境除尘脱硫工艺技术的可行性和适用条件,确保除尘器排放满足超低排放的要求,为今后的环保工程项目设计改进提供思路。
In order to meet the requirements of ultra-low emission standards,Xichang Steel and Vanadium Co.,Ltd.installed desulfurization devices for the dust removal in the CDQ environment,but found that the equipment could not adapt to the change of flue gas working conditions,resulting in excessive discharge.Therefore,after comparing and analyzing the dust removal and desulfurization process in the CDQ environment,the optimization scheme was proposed according to the actual situation on site.This paper discusses the technical feasibility and applicable conditions of CDQ environmental dust removal and desulfurization process under the requirements of ultra-low emission,which can provide ideas for future environmental protection project design.
