The progress and development of ecological environment monitoring capacity is the focus of this study.As a focus of social concern,the pace of ecological environment construction is accelerating,and environmental monitoring capacity building can escort ecological environmental protection.Based on the analysis of the connotation and function of ecological environment monitoring,the importance of ecological environment monitoring is realized,then,according to the deficiency of ecological environment monitoring capacity construction,we will formulate targeted optimization development strategies in order to improve the level of ecological environment monitoring and accelerate the pace of ecological environment monitoring capacity construction.
