简述电镀污泥的资源化利用

Brief Introduction to the Resource Utilization of Electroplating Sludge

电镀污泥被列为危险废物,我国每年都会产生上万吨电镀污泥,这些污泥如果不经处置,很容易对人体及环境造成严重危害。电镀污泥中重金属含量较高,目前广泛采用的固化处理方法不能有效利用该资源。本文主要阐述了对电镀污泥进行加工或处理,以提取电镀污泥中的重金属或将电镀污泥制备材料的可行性及研究方法,试图将金属表面处理污泥进行资源化利用,不仅要对危险废物进行处理,而且要有效利用这部分资源。

Electroplating sludge is listed as hazardous waste,and China will produce tens of thousands of tons of this sludge every year,which can easily cause serious harm to the human body and the environment if not disposed of.Electroplating sludge is rich in heavy metals,and the curing method is widely used today,which cannot effectively use this resource.This paper mainly expounds the feasibility and research method of processing or treating electroplating sludge to extract heavy metals from electroplating sludge or preparing materials from the sludge,and attempts to resource metal surface treatment sludge,aiming not only to treat hazardous waste,but also to effectively use this part of the resource.
