摘要
VOCs治理主要包括源头替代、过程控制、末端治理和精细管控四个方面,从长远考虑,消减含VOCs物料的使用量和排放量,减排效果显著,所以源头替代是实现行业VOCs减排的最有效方式。但是为了保持产品的特性,现阶段无法完全实现从源头上降低VOCs废气的产生,于是文章从过程控制、末端治理和精细管控三个方面讨论热转印材料行业的VOCs治理工作。
VOCs treatment mainly includes four aspects:source substitution,process control,end-of-pipe treatment and delicacy management.In the long run,reducing the consumption and emissions of VOCs-containing materials has a remarkable emission reduction effect,and source substitution is the most effective way to achieve VOCs emission reduction in the industry.However,in order to maintain the characteristics of products,it is impossible to completely reduce the generation of VOCs from the source at this stage.Therefore,this paper discusses the VOCs treatment in the thermal transfer material industry from three aspects:process control,end-ofpipe treatment and delicacy management.
