一体化除臭设备内部流场数值模拟

摘要 除臭工艺一般采用多级组合的工艺,为保证设备美观性,一般采用一体化设计。在一体化除臭设备内部增加布气装置,使内部流场更加顺畅,可保证除臭设备的处理效果。为了研究除臭设备内部布气装置的合理性,本文利用CFD商用软件对除臭设备内部流场进行模拟,通过优化布气装置,提出效果最佳的布气方案。 The deodorization process generally adopts multi-stage combination process.In order to ensure the beauty of the equipment,the integrated design is generally adopted.Adding an air distribution device inside the integrated deodorization equipment can ensure a smoother internal flow field and ensure the treatment effect of the deodorization equipment.In order to study the rationality of the gas distribution device inside the deodorization equipment,this paper uses CFD commercial software to simulate the internal flow field of the deodorization equipment,and finally proposes the best gas distribution scheme by optimizing the gas distribution device.
