冷刀锥切联合锐扶刀治疗子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变效果分析

Analysis of the effect of cold knife conization combined with sharp knife in the treatment of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions

目的:分析冷刀锥切与锐扶刀联合对子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变治疗效果。方法:选取2020年7月至2021年7月到本院诊治的子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变100例患者,按随机数表分两组,对照组50例,采取冷刀锥切治疗;研究组50例,采取冷刀锥切与锐扶刀联合治疗,观察两组治疗效果及并发症情况。结果:研究组患者临床总有效率96.00%,比对照组的84.00%高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者手术时间、出血量、住院时间分别为(10.38±2.45)min、(9.57±1.43)mL和(2.13±0.45)d,均少于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率4.00%,低于对照组18.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冷刀锥切与锐扶刀联合对子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变治疗的效果较好,可帮助患者改善临床症状,减少并发症情况。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of cold knife conization combined with sharp knife on cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions.Methods:Select the data of 100 patients with cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021,and divide them into two groups according to the random number table.The control group 50 cases were treated with cold knife conization,the study group 50 cases were treated with cold knife conization combined with sharp knife,and the treatment effect and complications of the two groups were observed.Results:The total clinical effective rate of patients in the study group was 96.00%higher than that in the control group 84.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation time,blood loss,and hospital stay of the study group were(10.38±2.45)min,(9.57±1.43)mL and(2.13±0.45)d were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group was 4.00%lower than the control group 18.00%,the difference was It is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of cold knife conization and sharp knife is effective in the treatment of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions,which can help patients improve clinical symptoms and reduce complications.
