保妇康栓与抗HPV生物蛋白敷料联合治疗高危型HPV感染的研究

Study on combination of Baofukang suppository and anti-HPV biologicalprotein dressing in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection

目的:研究保妇康栓与抗HPV生物蛋白敷料联合治疗高危型HPV感染的临床效果。方法:摘选94例于本院接受治疗的高危型HPV感染患者,现以随机抽取的方式分为两组,参照组单独采用保妇康栓开展治疗,研究组采用保妇康栓与抗HPV生物蛋白敷料联合开展治疗,对比治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组的临床治疗总有效率相较于参照组明显更高,P<0.05;研究组的HPV转阴时间与阴道分泌物异常消失的时间相较于参照组均明显更低,P<0.05;而研究组的不良反应发生率相较于参照组则无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:采用保妇康栓与抗HPV生物蛋白敷料联合治疗高危型HPV持续感染患者可取得理想的治疗效果,更快改善患者的临床症状,促进其疾病康复,且不会增加不良反应发生风险,建议临床应用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Baofukang suppository and anti-HPV biological protein dressing in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection.Methods:94 patients with high-risk HPV infection who were treated by me were selected and divided into two groups by random selection.The reference group was treated with Baofukang suppository alone,and the research group was treated with Baofukang suppository and anti-HPV organisms.Protein dressings are combined for treatment,and the treatment effects are compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05;the HPV conversion time and the time for abnormal vaginal discharge in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,P<0.05;while the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was no significant difference compared with the reference group,P>0.05.Conclusion:The combination of Baofukang suppository and anti-HPV biological protein dressings in the treatment of patients with high-risk HPV persistent infection can achieve the ideal therapeutic effect,improve the patients’clinical symptoms faster,promote their recovery from the disease,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.It is recommended for clinical application.
