基于层次分析法的企业药品安全信用评价研究

Research on Enterprise Drug Safety Credit Evaluation Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

目的:研究药品生产经营企业的药品安全信用相关影响因素及其重要性,为我国药品安全信用分级管理提供决策依据。方法:运用层次分析法(AHP)对企业药品安全信用影响因素进行两两对比,形成判断矩阵,确定各指标权重。结果与结论:初步建立企业药品安全信用评价模型及评分标准,对企业药品安全信用的影响因素进行定性和定量研究,为监管部门在药品安全信用体系建设方面的工作提供一定的决策依据。

Objective:To study the relevant influencing factors and their importance of drug safety credit in drug production and distribution enterprises,so as to provide decision-making basis for the hierarchical management of drug safety credit in China.Methods:The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to compare the influencing factors of drug safety credit in enterprises,form a judgment matrix,and determine the weight of each index.Results&Conclusions:The evaluation model and scoring standard for drug safety credit of enterprises were initially established,and the qualitative and quantitative research on the influencing factors of drug safety credit of enterprises was carried out,which provided a certain decision-making basis for the regulatory authorities in the construction of drug safety credit system.
