郑州市轨道交通6号线盾构穿越南水北调总干渠段技术控制及措施

摘要 针对郑州轨道交通6号线冯湾站—昆仑路站区间穿越南水北调总干渠段极易导致渠底及堤坝开裂、渗漏以及临近淮河路桥桩破坏的施工风险,从盾构设计及施工参数控制、设备保障及人员管理、突发事件预防及监测实施等方面做了详细的阐述,有效保证了隧道的正常施工和总干渠及临近桥桩的安全,技术方案和措施可为盾构施工穿越既有河道提供施工经验。 In view of the construction risk that the section from Fengwan station to Kunlun Road Station of Zhengzhou rail transit line 6 crosses the main canal section of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,which is very easy to lead to the cracking and leakage of the canal bottom and dam and the damage of bridge piles near Huaihe Road,this paper expounds in detail from the aspects of shield design and construction parameter control,equipment guarantee and personnel management,emergency prevention and monitoring implementation,so as to effectively ensure the normal construction of the tunnel and the safety of the main canal and adjacent bridge piles.The technical scheme and measures can provide construction experience for shield construction crossing the existing river.
