维持性血液透析体外循环抗凝中护理风险管理的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Extracorporeal Circulation Anticoagulation of Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的:探究护理风险管理在维持性血液透析(MHD)体外循环抗凝中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月在本院行MHD体外循环抗凝治疗的患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以护理风险管理,比较两组护理风险事件、凝血发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组护理风险事件发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。观察组体外循环凝血发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对MHD体外循环抗凝治疗的患者加以护理风险管理干预,可有效降低护护理风险事件及凝血发生率,提升患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in extracorporeal circulation anticoagulation of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent MHD extracorporeal circulation anticoagulation therapy in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing risk management on the basis of the control group.The nursing risk events,coagulation occurrence and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of extracorporeal circulation coagulation in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing risk management intervention for patients with MHD extracorporeal circulation anticoagulant therapy can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and coagulation,and improve patient care satisfaction.
