摘要
从设备、工艺方面分析铝热轧偏导辊辊面出现的铝粉堆积现象。偏导辊辊面温度过高、带材与偏导辊速度不匹配、带材表面油量太多以及偏导辊辊面粗糙度较大,都会加重辊面铝粉堆积。通过降低偏导辊辊面的温度、保证带材与偏导辊速度的一致性、控制带材表面带油的均匀性、减少带材表面油量、降低偏导辊辊面的粗糙度等措施,减轻了偏导辊辊面的铝粉堆积。
The accumulation of aluminum powder on the surface of deflector roll in hot aluminum rolling is analyzed from the aspects of equipment and technology.High surface temperature of deflector roll,speed mismatch between strip and deflector roll,too much oil on strip surface and relativelyhigh roughness of deflector roll surface will increase accumulation of aluminum powder on roll surface.The aluminum powder accumulation on the deflector roll surface was decreased by reducing the temperature of the deflector roll surface,ensuring the consistency of the speed between the strip and the deflector roll,controlling the uniformity of the oil on the strip surface,reducing the amount of oil on the strip surface,and reducing the roughness of the deflector roll surface.
