5005铝合金带材纵向条纹色差缺陷产生的原因及其改善措施

摘要 采用分光色差仪、粗糙度仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪对5005铝合金带材纵向条纹色差的形貌和化学成分进行分析,探讨了纵向条纹色差缺陷产生的原因,并提出改善措施。结果表明,轧制过程中轧辊与带材间油膜厚度不均匀是带材产生纵向条纹色差的根本原因。通过更换冷轧轧制油喷射梁,规避了喷射性能存在严重问题的喷嘴,使轧制油冷却润滑均匀;轧制油的油温控制在(35±3)℃、黏度控制在2.35~2.65 mm^(2)/s;上下工作辊中凸度由+0.065 mm优化为+0.04 mm;对轧制压下率及轧制速度等工艺进行优化匹配。采取以上措施后,消除了带材纵向条纹色差缺陷,满足了高表面质量铝合金带材的要求。 Morphology and chemical composition of the longitudinal streak aberration of 5005 aluminum alloy strip were analyzed by means of spectrophotometer,roughness meter,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy spectrometer.The cause of the defect was discussed and the improvement measures were proposed.The results show that the non-uniform oil film thickness between the roll and the strip is the fundamental reason for the color difference of the longitudinal streaks of the strip.By replacing the spray beam of cold rolling oil,the nozzle with serious problems in spray performance is avoided,and the cooling and lubrication of rolling oil are uniform.The oil temperature of rolling oil is controlled at 35±3℃,the viscosity is controlled at 2.35~2.65 mm^(2)/s,the crown of the upper and lower work rolls is optimized from+0.065 mm to+0.04 mm,and the rolling reduction rate and rolling speed are optimized and matched.After taking the above measures,the longitudinal streak aberration defect of the strip is eliminated,meeting high requirements for aluminum alloy strip surface.
