研究生教育改革视野下医学研究生思政工作探索

Exploring the Medical Postgraduate Ideological Work Under the Reform of Postgraduate Education

2020年7月,全国研究生教育会议的召开,开启了新时代研究生教育发展的新篇章,全国各地各高校深入学习贯彻习近平总书记的重要指示,落实《关于加快新时代研究生教育改革发展的意见》。依照新要求,文章梳理了学校研究生思想政治工作开展的现状,总结现阶段在网络阵地、思政课程建设、思政教育体系、专业学位研究生日常管理等方面所面临的主要问题和挑战,介绍了由日常教育、管理服务、课程体系、工作队伍等四方面组成的学校研究生思政教育工作体系架构,提出了从丰富并拓展思政教育渠道、开创意识形态教育与治理新局面、推进课程改革创新、创新研究生导学思政等四个方面探索适应医学研究生思政教育的新模式。

In July 2020,the convening of the National Conference on Postgraduate Education opened a new chapter in the development of postgraduate education in the new era,and universities across the country thoroughly studied and implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Opinions on Accelerating the Reform and Development of Postgraduate Education in the New Era.In accordance with the new requirements,this paper compares the current situation of the ideological and political work of postgraduates in schools,summarizes the main problems and challenges faced at the present stage in terms of network positions,construction of ideological courses,ideological education system and daily management of professional degree postgraduates,introduces the structure of the ideological and political education work system of postgraduates in schools,which consists of four aspects,including daily education,management services,curriculum system and work team,and proposes to start from the university also proposed to explore a new model of ideological education for postgraduate students in four aspects,including enriching and expanding ideological education channels,creating a new situation of ideological education and governance,promoting curriculum reform and innovation,and innovating postgraduate students'guided ideological education.
