数字化切片在病理学教学改革中的应用

Application of Digital Section in Pathology Teaching Reform

随着科学技术的发展及学生认知水平的提高,传统病理学教学过程中所使用的的玻璃切片已受到诸多限制:如时间、空间以及保存难度等,学生须在固定的地点和时间借助显微镜进行学习,且玻璃切片占据空间大,易碎,随着时间的推移而褪色,这使得病理学的教学效果止步不前。而病理学又是一门实践性极强的桥梁学科,知识掌握度直接影响今后临床课程的学习。另外多数院校线上课程开设成为新的教学手段,因此急需探索能够代替传统教学方法的、用以突破病理学教学瓶颈的方法,来进行病理学教学改革。数字切片可保存玻璃切片所有病变特点,并且摆脱了传统玻璃切片的缺点,在部分高校已应用并取得了一定的成效。为了更好地提高长治医学院第一临床学院病理学教学水平,结合长治医学院第一临床学院病理中心的优势,探讨如何建立与临床相联系的数字切片库,克服传统玻璃切片的劣势,创建数字化教学平台,激发学生学习兴趣,改善教学质量。

With the development of science and technology and the improvement of students'cognitive level,the glass slice used in the traditional pathology teaching process has been subject to many restrictions:as for time,space and preservation difficulties,students have to learn with the help of a microscope in a fixed place and time.In addition,the courses of some colleges and universities adopt"online teaching"during the epidemic,and the glass slices occupy a large space,are fragile,and fade with the passage of time,making the teaching effect of pathology remain stagnant.Pathology is a highly practical bridge subject,and the degree of knowledge mastery directly affects the future clinical course learning.Therefore,it is urgent to explore ways to break through the bottleneck of pathology teaching instead of traditional teaching methods to reform pathology teaching.Digital section can preserve all the pathological characteristics of glass section,and get rid of the shortcomings of traditional glass section.It has been applied in some universities and achieved certain results.In order to better improve the teaching level of pathology in the First Clinical College of Changzhi Medical College,combining the advantages of pathology center in the First Clinical College of Changzhi Medical College,this paper discusses how to establish a digital section library related to clinical practice,overcome the disadvantages of traditional glass section,create a digital teaching platform,stimulate students'interest in learning,and improve the teaching quality.
