麻醉学本科实习教学中开展专业思政的探索

Exploration on Professional Ideological and Political Education in Undergraduate Practice Teaching of Anesthesiology

实习教学是麻醉专业本科教学的最后阶段,是学生步入工作岗位正式成为麻醉医生的衔接教育,也是进入更高层次学习前的启蒙教育。在实习教学中融入专业思政教育元素,贯彻落实了高等教育“立德树人”根本任务,为培养出“德才兼备”的麻醉学人才发挥着承前启后的重要作用。为切实推进麻醉学专业本科实习教学质量,文章结合麻醉专业临床实习教学的特点及教研室的经验与做法,分析在此阶段开展专业思政教育的必要性和可行性,探索将思政元素融入实习教学的具体措施,展示融入专业思政教育的教学效果,以期抛砖引玉,打开医学实习教学专业思政教育的新思路,促进学生综合素养的全面提升,培养国家和人民需要的麻醉专业人才。

Practice teaching is the final stage of undergraduate teaching in anesthesiology.It is not only the transition education for students to become anesthesiologists when they step into their jobs,but also the enlightenment education before entering higher levels of learning.Integrating professional ideological and political education elements into practice teaching plays an important role in carrying out the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and talents"in higher education and training anesthesiology talents with"both morality and ability".To effectively promote the quality of practice teaching,this paper according to the characteristics of the anesthesia clinical practice teaching and the experience,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of professional ideological and political education at this stage,explores the specific measures of integrating ideological and political elements into practice teaching,and shows the teaching effect after those measures,in the hope of the topic,to open up a new way of ideological and political education of medical practice teaching,promote the overall improvement of students'comprehensive quality,and train anesthesiologists needed by the nation and the people.
