摘要
以Bloom目标教学理论修订版为基础,结合《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准全科培训细则》大纲要求实施具体教学目标知识点,围绕教学目标设计教学活动,根据教学目标设计针对性的测评工具,以认知维度为横坐标,知识维度为纵坐标,通过教学目标知识点、教学目标制定、教学活动设计和教学评估的内容放入二维框架中进行解析,交叉框中落入的内项目越多,表明教学目标、教学活动和评估趋于同质性就越好,教学设计的层级就越好,可操作性就越强,教学结果的目标性和指导教学设计感就越强,为全科专业住院医师规范化培训医患沟通技巧的课程应用提供有效指导和反馈,以提高培训质量。
Based on the revised edition of Bloom's target teaching theory,combined with the requirements of the outline of Standardized Training Contents and Standard General Practice Training Rules for Residents,specific teaching target knowledge points are implemented,teaching activities are designed around the teaching objectives,and targeted evaluation tools are designed according to the teaching objectives,with the cognitive dimension as the abscissa and the knowledge dimension as the ordinate.The contents of teaching objectives,knowledge points,teaching objectives,teaching activity design and teaching evaluation are put into a two-dimensional framework for analysis.The more items fall into the cross box,the better the teaching objectives,teaching activities and evaluation tend to be homogeneous,the better the level of teaching design,the stronger the operability,and the stronger the goal of teaching results and the sense of guiding teaching design,which provides effective guidance and feedback for general practice residents to standardize the course application of doctor-patient communication skills,so as to improve the training quality.
