Application of CBL Combined With PBL Teaching Method in the Teaching of Clinical Pharmacy for Undergraduates

摘要 目的临床药学是药学结合临床医学知识的一门新型实践课程。为了适应新时代医学生的培养要求,在兰州大学第一临床医学院临床药学专业进行了以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)的试验性教学。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月临床药学专业本科生,随机分为试验组与对照组,选取临床药学专业临床案例结合PBL教学法进行分析,采用理论考核结合调查问卷法评价了学生对CBL联合PBL教学法的效果及认知,并对主要专业课程考试成绩进行分析,同时设计案例分析考核试卷对课程改革进行多方面评价。结果两组临床药物治疗学课程与问卷调查结果均显示试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于临床药学专业实践性强的性质,CBL联合PBL教学法可作为传统课堂灌输性教学的有效改革模式,学生的接受度强,学习态度积极,整体学习效果较好。这种新的教学改革模式与传统教学方法相比,尤其是针对临床药学专业的学生除了药学基础知识,获得了更多的临床综合能力的培训,建立了与医学生同步的临床思维。 Objective Clinical pharmacy is a clinical practice course of pharmacy teaching combined with clinical medicine.In order to meet the training requirements of clinical pharmacy students in the new era,case-based learning(CBL)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)was carried out in the first clinical medical college of Lanzhou University.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,a total of 41 clinical pharmacy undergraduates were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Questionnaire survey was used to evaluate students'cognition of CBL combined with PBL teaching method,and the results of examination were analyzed,and the curriculum reform was evaluated.Results The results of clinical pharmacotherapy courses(case analysis and actual measurement)and questionnaires in the two groups showed that the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the strong practicality of clinical pharmacy,CBL combined with PBL teaching method can be used as an effective reform mode of traditional classroom indoctrination teaching.Students have strong acceptance,positive learning attitude and good overall learning effect.Compared with the traditional teaching methods,clinical pharmacy students obtain more comprehensive ability,higher test scores and better understanding of scientific evaluation on the effectiveness and safety of drugs,and guide rational clinical use of drugs.
