摘要 医疗纠纷对医患双方、医疗机构以及社会都会造成不良影响。口腔住院医师规范化培训中常因各种原因而出现医患关系紧张甚至医疗投诉纠纷发生,因此医疗纠纷防范不容小觑。工作经验欠缺、交流能力不足、缺少法律法规知识、医疗质量问题、规范化培训科室频繁转换等是当前导致口腔住院医师规范化培训中医疗纠纷发生的主要原因,而医疗纠纷不仅会损伤住院医师的学习和工作积极性,也会影响医疗单位正常工作环境和秩序,积极预防医疗纠纷的发生非常必要。基于上述现状和必要性,文章重点阐述了强化住院医师监督管理、加强住院医师临床带教、提高住院医师法律素养、培养住院医师危机意识、注重住院医师医患沟通、运用住院医师教学方法等口腔住院医师规范化培训中医疗纠纷预防的具体措施,为提高口腔住院医师规范化培训质量提供一定参考。 Medical disputes have a negative impact on doctors,patients,medical institutions,and society.Due to various reasons,tense doctor-patient relationships and even medical disputes often occur in the standardized training for stomatological residents.Consequently,preventing stomatological residents from medical disputes should not be underestimated.Lack of working experience,poor communication ability,insufficient knowledge of laws and regulations,low quality of medical care,and frequent change of departments are the main reasons for the occurrence of medical disputes in the standardized training for stomatological residents.Medical disputes will not only damage the learning and working enthusiasm of stomatological residents,but also affect the normal working environment and order of medical units.Therefore,it is necessary to prevent medical disputes from occurring in the standardized training for stomatological residents.Based on the present situation and necessity,this paper focused on the detailed preventive strategy of medical disputes in the standardized training for stomatological residents,such as strengthening supervision and management,emphasizing clinical teaching,improving legal accomplishment,cultivating crisis consciousness,paying attention to doctor-patient communication,and taking advantage of the advanced teaching method.It provides some references for improving the quality of standardized training for stomatological residents.
