针对非临床专业学生的外科临床教学实践的思考 被引量:1

摘要 非临床专业学生的外科临床教学工作,是医学教育的重要内容。非临床专业学生与临床专业学生的培养目的不同,在外科临床教学实践中,必须采取针对性不同的教学方法,否则教学效果将大打折扣。而目前非临床专业学生的外科临床教学实践中存在不少问题,比如缺乏统一规范的教学模式,教师及学生均普遍对外科临床教学不重视等等。鉴于以上原因,文章对非临床专业学生的外科临床教学实践作了一些思考,提出相关建议,包括:教学医院应统一认识,加强对非临床专业学生的重视程度;将教学与非临床专业学生的专业背景相结合,设立“双教师”制度,即除了临床外科教师以外,另外配备与学生相关专业的科室人员作为教学辅助教师,共同完成相关专题教学;重视多种教学模式的灵活运用,如以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)、以案例为基础的教学法(case based learning,CBL)等等,增加外科新技术在教学中展示的比重;重视互联网+背景下,微信等新社交媒体的运用;重视教学反馈和考核机制的创新等。通过上述一些思考及建议,以期能为今后非临床专业学生的外科教学改革和实践提供一些有益思路。 The clinical teaching of surgery for non-clinical students is an important content of medical education.The training purposes of non-clinical students and clinical students are different.In the clinical teaching practice of surgery,different teaching methods must be adopted,otherwise the teaching effect will be greatly reduced.At present,there are many problems in the surgical clinical teaching practice of non-clinical students,such as the lack of unified and standardized teaching mode.Teachers and students generally do not pay attention to surgical clinical teaching and so on.In view of the above reasons,this paper makes some thoughts on the surgical clinical teaching practice of non-clinical students,and puts forward relevant suggestions,including teaching hospitals should unify their understanding and strengthen the attention to non-clinical students.Combining teaching with the professional background of non-clinical students and establishing a"double teacher"system,that is,in addition to clinical surgery teachers,department personnel related to students are equipped as teaching auxiliary teachers to jointly complete relevant special teaching.Paying attention to the flexible application of various teaching modes,such as problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL),and increasing the proportion of new surgical technology in teaching.Attaching importance to the use of new social media such as WeChat in the context of Internet+.Paying attention to the innovation of teaching feedback and assessment mechanism.Through the above thoughts and suggestions,we hope to provide some beneficial ideas for the surgical teaching reform and practice of non-clinical students in the future.
