以精准诊断为导向的超声医学住培教学实践

医学继续教育是培养合格医生的必经之路,同时也对教学管理制度、教师队伍建设和学员培训目标提出了更严格的高要求。精准诊断以基因检测为基础,是精准医学最为重要的环节,但基因检测并不适合大部分疾病的精准诊断,因此精准诊断检查有必要向更便捷、无创、性价比高的超声诊断技术扩展。在超声规范化培训教学中,围绕临床影像综合建模教学模式,有必要进一步明确培训的目的和要求,继续完善和规范住培管理制度,提高住培医师和培训学员的超声精准诊断能力。通过不断总结教学经验及其存在的问题,为临床培养一批学历较高、技能过硬、具有一定科研能力及适合各层次医院功能科室发展的超声住院医师。

Continuing medical education is the only way to cultivate qualified doctors,and also raises stricter requirements for the teaching management system,teacher construction and training objectives.Accurate diagnosis is based on the genetic testing,which is the most important link in precision medicine.However,genetic testing is not suitable for accurate diagnosis of most diseases,so it is necessary to expand accurate diagnostic testing to more convenient,non-invasive,cost-effective ultrasound diagnosis technology.In the standardized training of ultrasound doctors,around the comprehensive modeling of clinical and imaging features,it is necessary to further clarify the purpose and requirements of training in standardization training of residents,continue to improve and standardize the management system of residential training,and improve the accurate ultrasound diagnosis ability of residential training physicians and trainees.Through continuously summarizing teaching experience and existing problems,a group of ultrasound residents with high education background,excellent skills,certain scientific research capabilities,and suitable for the development of functional departments at various levels of hospitals have been well trained.
