浅谈血流导向装置的磁共振兼容性评估

摘要 在进行磁共振检查时,患者颅内如有植入物其所产生的磁致位移、磁致扭矩及射频致热效应可能对患者产生安全隐患。同时,植入物在磁共振成像中产生的伪影可能影响医生对植入物附近其他病灶的判断。作为近些年颅内动脉瘤治疗的利器,血流导向装置成为各大医疗器械公司的研发重点,文章选取典型性的血流导向装置试样进行磁共振兼容性评估。结果表明,测试样品均为磁共振特定条件下安全,该试验结果可为血流导向装置的生产研发及产品磁共振兼容性改进提供理论基础。 When a patient with intracranial implant is undergoing a MRI examination,the implant might pose the patient potential safety hazards which are caused by magnetically induced displacement force,magnetically induced torque and radio frequency induced heating.In addition,MRI image artifacts may also affect doctors to determine the location of the lesion in the intracranial vessel close to the implant.As an effective therapy treatment of intracranial aneurysm,Flow Diverter(FD)has become the R&D focus in neuro-vascular medical device industry.In this article,several MRI compatibility evaluation for typical FD products were performed.Test result indicated that both of the test samples were MR Conditional.The article could be used as reference data by FD manufacturers for their product R&D.
