摘要
目的:分析人工智能影像技术在卒中诊疗中的应用效果。方法:筛选出2019年1月~2022年1月在本院接收的以人工智能影像技术进行诊疗的卒中患者100例,其中50例患者采取传统技术诊疗,50例患者采取人工智能影像技术诊疗。对比两组患者CT检查时间、静脉溶栓门-针时间(Door-Needle Time,DNT)、疾病诊断精准率。结果:观察组CT检查时间、静脉溶栓DNT明显小于对照组,以上指标比较区别显著,可见两组之间对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组疾病诊断精准率94.0%明显高于对照组疾病诊断精准率80.0%,以上指标比较区别显著,可见两组之间对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著优于对照组,组间对比具有可比较价值(P<0.05);观察组患者各项情况评分显著优于对照组,组间对比具有可比较价值(P<0.05)。结论:采用人工智能影像技术诊疗卒中患者,可显著缩短患者CT检查时间、静脉溶栓DNT,提高疾病诊断精准率,说明该诊疗方法具有较高应用价值,能够有效缓解社会医疗压力。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of artificial intelligence imaging technology in stroke diagnosis and treatment.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2022,100 patients with stroke treated by artificial intelligence imaging technology were selected,of which 50 patients were treated by traditional technology and 50 patients were treated by artificial intelligence imaging technology.The CT examination time,DNT time of intravenous thrombolysis and the accuracy rate of disease diagnosis were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of CT examination and intravenous thrombolysis DNT in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the above indexes were significantly different,showing that there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of disease diagnosis in the study group(94.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.0%),and the above indexes were significantly different,showing that there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the comparison between the two groups had comparable value(P<0.05).The scores of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the comparison between the two groups had comparable value(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using artificial intelligence imaging technology to diagnose and treat stroke patients can significantly shorten the CT examination time of patients.
