64排CT用于诊断创伤性颅脑损伤的价值

The Value of 64-Slice CT in the Diagnosis of Traumatic Brain Injury

目的:对创伤性颅脑损伤患者应用64排CT诊断的价值进行对比分析。方法:选取2020年6月~2022年6月本院所接受治疗的创伤性颅脑损伤患者60例作为研究样本,60例患者在临床中均需应用常规的40排CT检查与64排CT检查,根据创伤性颅脑损伤患者的手术结果对两种检测方式的阳性检出率与准确情况加以分析。结果:64排CT相较于传统的40排CT检查而言具有显著的临床应用优势,该检查方式具有较高的准确率,误诊率与漏诊率相对较低,呈现显著的统计学差异,(P<0.05)。结论:64排CT用于诊断创伤性颅脑损伤患者具有确切的临床应用价值,该诊断方式的准确率较高,可为患者的后续诊治提供影像学信息基础。

Objective:To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of 64-slice CT in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods:60 patients with traumatic brain injury who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study samples.60 patients were required to apply conventional 40-row CT examination and 64-slice CT examination in clinical practice.The positive detection rate and accuracy of the two methods were analyzed according to the surgical results of patients with traumatic brain injury.Results:Compared with the traditional 40-slice CT examination,64-slice CT has significant clinical application advantages.This examination method has a high accuracy rate,and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate are relatively low,showing a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:64-slice CT has definite clinical application value in the diagnosis of traumatic brain injury patients.This diagnostic method has a high accuracy rate and can provide an imaging information basis for the follow-up diagnosis and treatment of patients.
