急性心肌梗死合并心律失常应用心电监护仪的效果观察

Effect of Electrocardiographic Monitor on Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Arrhythmia

目的:观察急性心肌梗死合并心律失常应用心电监护仪的效果。方法:选取2018年9月~2019年9月本院收治的急性心肌梗死患者共72例,依托于数据表法,将患者分为2组,每组各36例患者。期间,对照组采用常规监测的方法,观察组则通过心电监护仪进行监测,观察两组患者不同时间段的心律失常发生情况。结果:观察组患者的心律失常总发生率为13.89%,对照组患者的总心律失常发生率为44.44%,观察组患者的发生率低于对照组,对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者的临床救治中,行心电监护仪的方法,可以保证患者的治疗效果,降低心律失常的发生率。

Objective:To observe the effect of electrocardiographic monitoring on acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 72 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected.Based on the data table method,the patients were divided into 2 groups with 36 patients in each group.During this period,the control group was monitored by conventional methods,while the experimental group was monitored by electrocardiographic monitors,and the occurrence of arrhythmias in the two groups at different time periods was observed.Results:The total incidence of arrhythmia in the experimental group was 13.89%,and that in the reference group was 44.44%.The incidence of arrhythmia in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia,electrocardiographic monitoring can ensure the therapeutic effect of patients and reduce the incidence of arrhythmia.
