全自动化学发光免疫分析仪在梅毒螺旋体抗体检测中的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析在开展梅毒螺旋体抗体检测的过程中全自动化学发光免疫分析仪的临床应用效果与价值。方法:于2020年7月~2022年6月在本院接受妇产科计划进行手术患者5177例中以每周5%检测量抽检样本共计267例作为研究对象,分别为其提供梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验(Treponema pallidum particle assay,TPPA)、全自动化学发光免疫测定法(Chemiluminescence immunoassay determination,CLIA)与酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA),其中TPPA的相关检测结果为金标准,分析CLIA与ELISA这两种检测方法的准确率、灵敏度以及特异性。结果:与ELISA这一检测方法相比,CLIA具有相对较高的准确率、灵敏度以及特异性,P<0.05。且CLIA的相关检测结果与TPPA这一金标准有着较强的一致性,P>0.05。结论:全自动化学发光免疫分析仪在梅毒螺旋体抗体检测中有着显著的应用价值与意义。 Objective:The clinical application and value of automated chemiluminescent immunoassay in the detection of Treponema pallidum antibodies were analyzed.Methods:In this experimental study,a total of 267 samples of 5177 patients who underwent planned surgery in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected as experimental subjects,Treponema Pallidum Particle Assay(TPPA),automatic Chemiluminescence immunoassay determination(Clia)and Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)were Treponema Pallidum for the ELISA,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of CLIA and ELISA were analyzed.Results:Compared with ELISA,CLIA had higher accuracy,sensitivity and specificity(P<0.05).The results of CLIA were consistent with the gold standard of TPPA,P>0.05.Conclusion:The automated chemiluminescence immunoassay is of great value and significance in the detection of Treponema pallidum antibodies.
