多功能膝关节康复治疗仪在膝关节骨性关节炎中的应用

The Application of Multi-Function Rehabilitation Instrument in Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

目的:观察多功能膝关节康复治疗仪对膝关节骨性关节炎患者的治疗应用效果。方法:将本院92例患膝关节疾病的患者随机分成两组,观察组采用多功能膝关节康复治疗仪治疗,对照组采用医院常规方式治疗。观察对比不同治疗方式患者在治疗前后膝关节肿胀程度,膝关节自由屈伸程度,股四头肌及恢复整体有效率等数据。结果:观察组在改善膝关节肿胀方面效果更好,膝关节屈伸活动度和疼痛程度的改善均优于对照组,观察组患者康复的总有效率达到95.6%,高于对照组的76%。结论:采用多功能膝关节康复治疗仪能够有效改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床症状,与常规治疗相比有效率和治愈率均相对较高,安全性更好。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of multi-functional knee rehabilitation therapy apparatus on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 92 patients with knee joint disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were compared,the observation group was treated with multi-functional knee joint rehabilitation therapy apparatus,and the control group was treated with conventional hospital treatment.To observe and compare the data of knee swelling degree,knee free flexion and extension degree,quadriceps femoris muscle and overall effective rate of recovery before and after treatment in patients with different treatment methods.Results:The observation group had better effect in improving knee swelling,and the improvement of knee flexion and extension range of motion and pain degree were better than the control group.The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group reached 95.6%,which was higher than 76%of the control group.Conclusion:Multifunctional knee rehabilitation therapy instrument can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis,the effective rate and cure rate are very high,the safety is better.
