摘要
目的:探究与分析无抽搐电休克治疗联合磁共振仪监测对精神分裂症患者短时瞬间记忆功能及对脑电功能的影响。方法:纳入2020年2月~2022年2月收治的精神分裂症患者60例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例,两组均给予常规用药治疗,对照组患者给予无抽搐电休克治疗,观察组在其基础上增加磁共振仪监测,对比两组临床疗效、阳性和阴性症状(PANSS)量表评分、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)量表评分,脑电异常率。结果:观察组与对照组相比临床总有效率较高,观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比PANSS量表评分较低,WMS量表评分较高,脑电异常率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无抽搐电休克治疗联合磁共振仪监测在精神分裂症患者中的应用可获得更好的临床疗效,有效促进改善患者的记忆功能以及脑电功能,整体预后表现更好。
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy combined with magnetic resonance instrument monitoring on shortterm and instantaneous memory function and EEG function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:The random number table method was used to group 60 patients with schizophrenia who were treated from February 2020 to February 2022,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine medication,and the control group was given electroconvulsive therapy without convulsions.The group was supplemented with magnetic resonance monitoring,and the clinical efficacy,positive and negative symptoms(PANSS)scale scores,Wechsler memory scale(WMS)scale scores,and abnormal EEG rates were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher,after treatment,compared with the control group,the PANSS scale score was lower,the WMS scale score was higher,and the abnormal rate of EEG was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy combined with magnetic resonance monitoring in patients with schizophrenia can achieve better clinical efficacy,effectively promote the improvement of patients’memory function and EEG function,and the overall prognosis is better.
