频谱治疗仪治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Spectrum Therapy Instrument on Oral Ulcer

目的:研究频谱治疗仪治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年3月本院接受治疗的58例口腔溃疡患者作为本次研究主体,根据随机数表法将58例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组29例,对照组使用云南白药治疗,观察组使用频谱治疗仪治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率,并从疼痛缓解情况、溃疡恢复情况等方面对其疗效进行综合评估。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率89.66%(26/29)高于对照组的75.86%(22/29),其治疗后的疼痛评分及溃疡直径均低于对照组,且观察组治疗后的溃疡愈合时间也低于对照组,数据经对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:频谱治疗仪治疗口腔溃疡患者的效果较为显著,可有效促进其溃疡愈合并缓解其疼痛程度,同时还可缩短患者溃疡愈合时间,促进其康复进程,频谱治疗仪的临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of spectrum therapy instrument in the treatment of oral ulcer.Methods:The 58 patients with oral ulcers who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the main body of this study.According to the random number table method,these 58 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao,and the observation group was treated with a spectrum therapy instrument.The treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared,and the curative effect was comprehensively evaluated in terms of pain relief and ulcer recovery.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 89.66%(26/29)higher than that of the control group 75.86%(22/29),and the pain score and ulcer diameter after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the ulcer healed after treatment in the observation group The time was also lower than that of the control group,and the differences in the above data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The spectrum therapy instrument has a more significant effect in treating patients with oral ulcers.It can effectively promote the healing of their ulcers and relieve their pain.At the same time,it can also shorten the healing time of the patients’ulcers and promote their recovery process.The clinical application value of the spectrum therapy instrument is high.
