二氧化锆全瓷冠在口腔修复中临床作用探讨

Clinical Application of Zirconia All Ceramic Crowns in Prosthodontics

目的:研究将二氧化锆全瓷冠应用于口腔修复患者中的作用与效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2020年4月于本院接收并对其进行治疗的84例口腔修复患者,根据不同治疗方式划分组别,用钴铬合金烤瓷冠的42例作为对照组,另用二氧化锆全瓷冠的42例作为观察组,比较两组应用的效果。结果:观察组的修复效果显著高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的咀嚼效率、咬合力显著高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组修复的总成功率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的牙齿美学评分显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:口腔修复治疗工作中应用二氧化锆全瓷冠能够改善患者牙齿美学评分,并提升其修复效果、修复的总成功率,增强其咀嚼效率、咬合力,效果更为理想,能够给临床中口腔类疾病的治疗给予更多的参照。

Objective:To study the effects and functions of zirconia all ceramic crown on patients with prosthodontics.Methods:84 cases of oral prosthesis patients received and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into groups according to different treatment methods.42 cases of cobalt-chromium alloy ceramic crown were used as the control group,and 42 cases of zirconia all-ceramic crown were used as the observation group,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The repair effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The masticatory efficiency and bite force in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The dental aesthetic score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of zirconia all-ceramic crown in dental prosthesis can improve the aesthetic score of patients’teeth,enhance the restoration effect and the overall success rate of restoration,and enhance the masticatory efficiency and bite force.The effect is more ideal,which can provide more references for the treatment of clinical oral diseases.
