超声波加酶清洗联合低温灭菌在手术内镜器械清消中的应用

摘要 目的:观察超声波加酶清洗联合过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌在手术内镜器械清洗消毒中的应用效果。方法:在2021年9月~2022年3月选择本院消毒供应中心接收的500件污染硬式手术内镜器械,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各250件。在器械清消中,对照组先手工清洗后用过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌;观察组用含酶清洗剂浸泡5min后使用超声清洗机对器械清洗10min,再用过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌,采用目测法、残留蛋白检测法、咽拭子法测定器械的清洗、消毒灭菌效果。结果:经目测法检测可知,观察组内镜器械清洗合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。经残留蛋白检测法测定可知,观察组器械清洗合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。咽拭子法检测显示,两组器械消毒灭菌合格率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声波加酶清洗联合低温灭菌清洗消毒手术内镜器械,可显著提高器械清洗合格率,获得良好的灭菌效果。 Objective:To observe the effect of ultrasonic plus enzyme cleaning combined with low temperature sterilization in the cleaning and disinfection of surgical endoscopic instruments.Methods:From September 2021 to March 2022,500 pieces of contaminated rigid surgical endoscopic instruments received by the disinfection and supply center of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 250 pieces in each group.In the process of instrument cleaning,the control group was first cleaned manually and then sterilized with hydrogen peroxide plasma.While the study group was soaked in enzyme containing detergent for 5min,then cleaned with ultrasonic cleaning machine for 10min,and then sterilized with hydrogen peroxide plasma.The cleaning,disinfection and sterilization effects of instruments were determined by visual inspection,residual protein detection and throat swab method.Results:According to the visual inspection,the qualified rate of endoscopic instrument cleaning in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).According to the residual protein detection method,the qualified rate of instrument cleaning in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Pharyngeal swab test showed that there was no significant difference in the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic plus enzyme cleaning combined with low-temperature sterilization can significantly improve the qualified rate of instrument cleaning and obtain good sterilization effect.
