分析细节管理在消毒供应中心外来医疗器械管理中的应用

Application of Detail Management in the Management of Medical Devices from Disinfection and Supply Center

目的:探讨细节管理在消毒供应中心外来医疗器械管理中的应用效果。方法:以2018年6月~2019年6月本院消毒供应中心160套外来医疗器械为研究对象。2018年6月~2018年12月未实施细节管理(对照组),2019年1月~2019年6月实施细节管理(观察组),比较实施前后外来医疗器械管理质量,以器械损坏率、清洗质量合格率、器械消毒合格率、器械功能完好率、包装标签合格率、器械遗失率、手术科室满意度以及医师满意度、临床使用过程中问题反馈次数为研究分析指标。结果:观察组手术科室满意度以及医师满意度明显更高(P<0.05)。观察组器械损坏率明显更低,同时清洗质量合格率、器械消毒合格率、器械功能完好率、包装标签合格率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组器械遗失率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理前,两组管理质量评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),管理后观察组管理各项各维度及总分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床使用过程中问题反馈次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心应用细节管理,能够提升外来医疗器械的管理质量,避免器械产生损坏,器械的清洗和管理有着更高的合格率,医师以及科室对管理工作更加认可满意,避免器械损坏,临床科室和相关医师更加认可满意,应用价值显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of detail management in the management of external medical devices in the disinfection supply center.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,160 sets of external medical devices in the disinfection supply center of our hospital were taken as the research object.From June 2018 to December 2018,detail management was not implemented(control group),and from January 2019 to June 2019,detail management was implemented(observation group).The management quality of external medical devices before and after implementation was compared,including device damage rate,cleaning quality qualification rate,device disinfection qualification rate,device functional integrity rate,packaging label qualification rate,device loss rate,surgical department satisfaction and physician satisfaction,and the number of questions feedback during clinical use as the research and analysis indicators.Results:The satisfaction of the operating departments and doctors in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The rate of device damage in the observation group was significantly lower,while the rate of qualified cleaning quality,the rate of qualified device disinfection,the rate of intact device function,and the rate of qualified packaging label were significantly higher(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the rate of device loss(P>0.05).Before management,there was no statistically significant difference in the management quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,the observation group had significantly higher management dimensions and total scores than the control group(P<0.05).The number of problem feedback in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of detail management in the disinfection supply center can improve the management quality of external medical devices and avoid damage to the devices.The cleaning and management of the devices have a higher qualification rate.Doctors and departments are more satisfied with the management work and avoid damage to the devices.Clinical departments and relevant doctors are more satisfied with the recognition and application value is significant.
