戴明环管理模式在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Management Mode in the Management of External Instruments in Disinfection Supply Center

目的:探讨戴明环管理模式在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用效果。方法:在本院消毒供应中心2020年1月开始以戴明环管理模式来进行外来器械管理后,抽取200件器械作为观察组研究对象,且在2020年1月前以常规管理模式来进行外来器械管理中,抽取200件器械作为对照组研究对象。从2组器械验收率、器械去向明确率、器械遗失率等方面来评估其管理质量。结果:对照组的器材验收率为73.50%(147/200)、器械去向明确率为84.00%(168/200)、器械遗失率为4.50%(9/200);观察组的器材验收率为100.00%(200/200)、器械去向明确率98.00%(196/200)、器械遗失率为1.00%(2/200)。两组各项数据比较,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中,运用戴明环管理模式,能够对其进行仔细验收,保证器械质量,且在使用过程中,能够明确去向,降低遗失可能,尽可能避免外来器械医院感染的发生可能。

Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA management mode in the management of external instruments in disinfection supply center.Methods:After the disinfection supply center of our hospital began to carry out external instruments management with PDCA management mode in January 2020,200 devices were selected as the research object of the observation group,and 200 devices were selected as the research object of the control group in the external device management with conventional management mode before January 2020.The management quality of the two groups was evaluated from the aspects of device acceptance rate,clear rate of device destination and device loss rate.Results:The instruments acceptance rate of the control group was 73.50%(147/200),the clear direction rate of the instruments was 84.00%(168/200),and the instruments loss rate was 4.50%(9/200);The acceptance rate of instruments in the observation group was 100.00%(200/200),the definite rate of instruments destination was 98.00%(196/200),and the loss rate of instruments was 1.00%(2/200).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the management of external instruments in the disinfection supply center,the use of PDCA management mode can carry out careful acceptance,ensure the quality of instruments,clarify the destination,reduce the possibility of loss,and avoid the possibility of nosocomial infection of external instruments as much as possible.
