摘要
目的:分析五常法护理模式对提高消化内镜护理质量的影响。方法:随机选取本科室的22名护理人员,自2020年4月开始应用“五常法”护理模式,研究分析该护理模式应用前后,消化内镜中心护理人员的工作效率及专业知识掌握程度。结果:实施“五常法”护理模式后整理和补充物品所用时间明显低于实施前,有显著差异(P<0.05);实施“五常法”护理模式后护理人员的专业知识以及专业技能均有明显提高,实施前、后对比有显著差异(P<0.05);实施“五常法”护理模式后护理人员的护理质量有明显提高,实施前、后对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:根据本次研究结果可以确认,使用五常法护理模式进行消化内镜护理过程中,节省了整理和补充物品花费的时间,提高了护理人员的专业知识以及专业技能的掌握程度,可以为患者提供高质量的护理服务,从而保证良好的科室管理效果。
Objective:To analyze the impact of the Wu-chang method model on improving the quality of digestive endoscopy nursing.Methods:A random selection of 22 nursing staff in the undergraduate room,starting from April 2020 to apply the Wu-chang method nursing model,research and analysis before and after the application of the nursing model,the work efficiency and professional knowledge of the nursing staff in the digestive endoscopy center.Results:After the implementation of the Wu-chang method nursing model,the time spent on sorting and supplementing items was significantly lower than before the implementation,with significant differences(P<0.05);After the implementation of the Wu-chang method nursing model,the nursing staff’s professional knowledge and skills were significantly improved,There was a significant difference in the comparison between before and after the implementation(P<0.05);After the implementation of the Wu-chang method nursing model,the nursing quality of nursing staff was significantly improved,and there was a significant difference between before and after the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the results of this study,it can be confirmed that the use of the Wuchang method model for digestive endoscopic care saves the time spent on sorting and replenishing items,improves the professional knowledge and mastery of professional skills of the nursing staff,and can provide patients with high-quality nursing services can ensure a good department management effect.
