摘要
目的探讨“耳一针”针刺联合聪耳息鸣汤加减治疗难治性突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法选择76例难治性突发性聋患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组39例和观察组37例。对照组仅采用聪耳息鸣汤加减治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用“耳一针”针刺治疗,两组均治疗6周。比较两组患者治疗前后的纯音听阈及治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者纯音听阈均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为51.35%,高于对照组的28.21%(P<0.05)。结论采用“耳一针”针刺联合聪耳息鸣汤加减治疗难治性突发性聋可明显改善患者听力,疗效显著,优于单用聪耳息鸣汤加减治疗。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of"Eryizhen"acupuncture combined with modified Conger Ximing Decoction in the treatment of refractory sudden deafness.Methods A total of 76 patients with refractory sudden deafness were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly assigned to control group(39 cases)or observation group(37 cases).The control group was treated with modified Conger Ximing Decoction alone,based on which the observation group was additionally treated with"Eryizhen"acupuncture.Both groups received a 6-week treatment.The pre-and post-treatment pure tone threshold and post-treatment clinical efficacy of patients were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,patients in both groups obtained a decreased pure tone threshold as compared with before treatment,and the aforementioned indicator in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05);in addition,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 51.35%,which was higher than that in the control group(28.21%,P<0.05).Conclusion"Eryizhen"acupuncture combined with modified Conger Ximing Decoction in the treatment of refractory sudden deafness can prominently ameliorate patients′hearing,exerting a significant efficacy,and it is superior to modified Conger Ximing Decoction therapy alone.
