机用镍钛器械对乳牙牙髓病患儿根管预备的研究现状

乳牙牙髓病是发生于乳牙牙髓部位的病变,为牙髓的急性病变。因牙髓的慢性病变,而导致深龋里面的细菌感染牙髓组织造成的牙髓病变。一旦处理不及时,可能导致细菌沿根管部位发生继发性感染。在儿科口腔门诊中,根管治疗为治疗患儿的可行性方法。机用镍钛器械在辅助清除细菌上对根管部位的控制效果较佳,通过器械完全的清除掉,使根管呈现比较自然标准的形态,便于后期用热牙胶进行充填的过程。乳牙牙髓病患儿根管预备环节机用镍钛器械的效果及其不同器械的应用效果,成为乳牙牙髓病治疗环节的热点议题,且可为本病的治疗提供有效临床依据。
