机用镍钛器械对乳牙牙髓病患儿根管预备的研究现状

摘要 乳牙牙髓病是发生于乳牙牙髓部位的病变,为牙髓的急性病变。因牙髓的慢性病变,而导致深龋里面的细菌感染牙髓组织造成的牙髓病变。一旦处理不及时,可能导致细菌沿根管部位发生继发性感染。在儿科口腔门诊中,根管治疗为治疗患儿的可行性方法。机用镍钛器械在辅助清除细菌上对根管部位的控制效果较佳,通过器械完全的清除掉,使根管呈现比较自然标准的形态,便于后期用热牙胶进行充填的过程。乳牙牙髓病患儿根管预备环节机用镍钛器械的效果及其不同器械的应用效果,成为乳牙牙髓病治疗环节的热点议题,且可为本病的治疗提供有效临床依据。 Pulpal disease of deciduous teeth is an acute disease of dental pulp,which occurs in the pulp of deciduous teeth.The dental pulp disease caused by the bacteria in deep caries infecting the dental pulp tissue due to the chronic disease of dental pulp.Once the treatment is not timely,it may lead to secondary infection along the root canal.In pediatric dental clinic,root canal therapy is a feasible method to treat children.The mechanical nickel titanium instrument has a better control effect on the root canal part in the auxiliary removal of bacteria.The root canal is completely removed by the instrument,so that the root canal presents a more natural and standard shape,which is convenient for the later filling process with hot gum.The effect of nickel titanium instruments for root canal preparation in children with deciduous dental pulp disease and the application effect of different instruments have become a hot topic in the treatment of deciduous dental pulp disease,and can provide effective clinical basis for the treatment of this disease.
