宫腔镜在子宫内膜息肉中的治疗效果观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Hysteroscope in Endometrial Polyps

目的:探究宫腔镜对子宫内膜息肉的治疗效果。方法:选择86例子宫内膜息肉患者,选取时间段为2018年1月~2019年12月,将所有参选患者随机分为两组,对照组和试验组,分别实施刮宫术治疗、宫腔镜手术治疗。行组间差异性分析。结果:试验组手术用时与对照组相近(P>0.05);试验组术中出血量较对照组少(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率为2.33%,较对照组的13.95%低(P<0.05);术前两组子宫内膜厚度、月经量水平相近(P>0.05);试验组术后子宫内膜厚度较对照组厚,术后试验组月经量较对照组少(P<0.05);随访1年,试验组复发率为0,较对照组的复发率9.30%低,月经恢复率、妊娠率分别为95.35%、27.91%,较对照组的81.40%、9.30%高(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫内膜息肉手术治疗中,与传统刮宫治疗相比,实施宫腔镜手术治疗,可降低术中出血量、术后并发症发生率及复发率,保证其子宫内膜厚度稳定,改善患者月经状态,提升患者妊娠能力,效果显著。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of hysteroscopy on endometrial polyps.Methods:86 patients with endometrial polyps were selected from January 2018 to December 2019.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the test group,and were treated with curettage and hysteroscopy respectively.The differences between groups were analyzed.Results:The operation time of the test group was similar to that of the control group(P>0.05);The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the test group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the test group was 2.33%,which was lower than 13.95%in the control group(P<0.05);The endometrial thickness and menstrual volume of the two groups were similar before operation(P>0.05);The endometrial thickness of the test group was thicker than that of the control group,and the menstrual volume of the test group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);Following up for 1 year,the recurrence rate of the test group was 0,lower than that of the control group(9.30%),and the menstrual recovery rate and pregnancy rate were 95.35%and 27.91%,respectively,higher than 81.40%and 9.30%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the surgical treatment of endometrial polyps,compared with traditional curettage,hysteroscopic surgery can reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,the incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate,ensure the stability of endometrial thickness,improve the menstrual status of patients,and improve the pregnancy ability of patients,with significant effects.
