孕产期妇女血糖水平测定中快速血糖仪及常规生化仪检验的优势对比

Comparison of the Advantages of Rapid Blood Glucose Meter and Routine Biochemical Instrument in the Determination of Blood Glucose Level in Pregnant and Parturient Women

目的:针对快速血糖仪和常规生化仪检验在孕产期妇女血糖水平测定中的优势比较。方法:选择2019年2月~2020年4月进行血糖水平测定的孕妇92例进行研究,随机分为参照组和实验组,各46例。参照组应用常规生化仪进行检验,实验组采用快速血糖仪,分别记录两种检测方式下,不同血液成分的血糖值,单次以及多次血糖检测结果以及孕妇对于两种血糖检测仪的满意度。结果:两组孕妇的血糖检验结果无显著性差异,P>0.05;参照组孕妇的单次和多次血糖检验结果分别为(6.32±1.42)mmol/L,(5.92±1.90)mmol/L,实验组孕妇的单次和多次血糖检验结果分别为(6.55±1.58)mmol/L,(5.70±1.17)mmol/L,两组无显著性差异,P>0.05;实验组孕妇血糖平均检测时间明显低于参照组,P<0.05;实验组孕妇检验满意度95.83%,参照组孕妇检验满意度69.57%,实验组孕妇检验满意高于参照组,P<0.05。结论:在孕产期妇女血糖水平测定中,快速血糖仪和常规生化仪在血糖检测的结果方面无明显差异,但是在孕妇检验满意度上,快速血糖仪满意度更高。

Objective:To compare the advantages of rapid blood glucose meter and conventional biochemical analyzer in the determination of blood glucose level of pregnant and puerperal women.Methods:A total of 92 pregnant women with blood glucose levels from February 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group,46 cases in each group.The control group was tested by routine biochemical analyzer,and the experimental group was tested by fast blood glucose meter.The blood glucose values of different blood components,single and multiple blood glucose test results and pregnant women’s satisfaction with the two blood glucose meters were recorded under the two detection methods.Results:There was no significant difference in blood glucose test results between the two groups(P>0.05);The single and multiple blood glucose test results of pregnant women in the reference group were(6.32±1.42)mmol/L,(5.92±1.90)mmol/L respectively,and the single and multiple blood glucose test results of pregnant women in the experimental group were(6.55±1.58)mmol/L,(5.70±1.17)mmol/L respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The mean blood glucose detection time of pregnant women in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,P<0.05;The test satisfaction of pregnant women in the experimental group was 95.83%,the test satisfaction of pregnant women in the reference group was 69.57%,pregnant women were more satisfied than the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the determination of blood glucose level in pregnant and puerperal women,there is no significant difference between rapid blood glucose meter and conventional biochemical analyzer in the results of blood glucose detection,but in the satisfaction of pregnant women,rapid blood glucose meter has higher satisfaction.
