摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌彩超检查与X射线钼靶检查比较及结合诊断应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年9月本院收治的临床触诊为乳腺肿块患者75例,比较彩超、X射线钼靶与彩超结合X射线钼靶诊断乳腺癌的临床价值。结果:钼靶X射线结合彩超对乳腺癌的检出率明显高于彩超、钼靶X射线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。钼靶X射线结合彩超诊断乳腺癌的敏感度、特异度等,均高于钼靶X射线。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。钼靶X射线结合彩超检出微小钙化、异常血流信号、腋窝淋巴结肿大占比率高于钼靶X射线也高于彩超(P<0.05)。恶性组钼靶X射线检查肿块形态分叶征高于良性组,密度不均检出率高于良性组,边缘不光整、毛刺征检出率高于良性组(P<0.05)。恶性组彩超检查肿块不规则、微钙化、纵横比>1等均高于良性组(P<0.05)。结论:彩超结合X射线钼靶诊断乳腺癌的敏感度、特异度高,明显提高乳腺癌检出率。
Objective:To investigate the comparative value of color ultrasonography and X-ray mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:From January 2020 to September 2022,75 patients with breast mass treated by clinical palpation in our hospital were selected.The clinical value of color ultrasound,X-ray molybdenum target and color ultrasound combined with X-ray molybdenum target in the diagnosis of breast cancer was compared.Results:The detection rate of mammography combined with color ultrasound for breast cancer was significantly higher than that of color ultrasound and mammography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of mammography combined with color ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer are higher than those of mammography.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of microcalcification,abnormal blood flow signal and axillary lymph node enlargement detected by molybdenum target X-ray combined with color ultrasound was higher than that by molybdenum target X-ray and color ultrasound(P<0.05).In the malignant group,the lobulation sign,heterogeneous density detection rate,uneven edge and burr sign detection rate were higher than those in the benign group(P<0.05).The tumor irregularities,microcalcification,aspect ratio>1 in malignant group were higher than those in benign group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color ultrasound combined with X-ray mammography has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of breast cancer,and can significantly improve the detection rate of breast cancer.
