超声检测脐动脉、大脑中动脉、孕妇子宫动脉对胎儿宫内窘迫的诊断效果评价

摘要 目的:在胎儿宫内窘迫临床诊断过程中,使用超声技术对脐动脉、大脑中动脉以及孕妇子宫动脉进行检测,观察与评价其临床诊断效果。方法:选取本院2022年1月~2022年10月所治疗的缺氧胎儿待产妇(n=90,观察组);选择同一时间段内于本院进行孕检的健康孕妇(n=90,对照组),使用超声技术对脐动脉、大脑中动脉以及孕妇子宫动脉进行检测。结果:①脐动脉:较之对照组,观察组脐动脉超声在RI、PI以及S/D指标水平均更高,且PSV、Vmin指标水平更低(P<0.05);②大脑中动脉:观察组上述超声检测指标水平均更低(P<0.05);③孕妇子宫动脉:观察组上述超声检测指标水平均更高(P<0.05)。结论:与正常妊娠孕妇相比,胎儿宫内窘迫者在脐动脉、大脑中动脉以及孕妇子宫动脉超声检测指标水平均存在异常情况,可将上述检测特点视为胎儿宫内缺氧评估依据之一,提高胎儿宫内窘迫检测准确率。 Objective:During the clinical diagnosis of fetal distress,the umbilical artery,the middle cerebral artery and the uterine artery of pregnant women were detected by ultrasonic technology to observe and evaluate the clinical diagnosis effect.Methods:Anoxic fetal parturients treated in our hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected(n=90,observation group);Healthy pregnant women(n=90,control group)who were selected for pregnancy examination in our hospital at the same time period were examined with ultrasound technology for umbilical artery,middle cerebral artery and uterine artery of pregnant women.Results:①Umbilical artery:compared with the control group(health examination),the umbilical artery ultrasound in the observation group(hypoxic fetus waiting for parturients)had higher RI,PI and S/D index levels,and lower PSV and Vmin index levels(P<0.05);②Middle cerebral artery:in the observation group,the levels of the above ultrasonic detection indexes were lower(P<0.05);③Uterine artery of pregnant women:the levels of the above ultrasonic detection indexes in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with normal pregnant women,fetal distress patients have abnormal levels of umbilical artery,middle cerebral artery and maternal uterine artery ultrasonic detection indicators.The above detection characteristics can be regarded as one of the basis for evaluating fetal intrauterine hypoxia,and improve the accuracy of fetal distress detection.
