摘要
目的:探讨吊塔和显示屏精细化管理降低腹腔镜设备维修率应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月1日~2021年10月31日手术使用活动性腹腔镜设备的腹腔镜手术260台设为常规组,同时选取2021年11月1日~2022年4月30日手术使用迈瑞HyProt3000腹腔镜机械塔+悬吊式显示屏的腹腔镜设备管理的腹腔镜手术260台设为干预组。比较两组腹腔镜设备不良情况发生率,评估两组腹腔镜设备使用医护人员的满意度水平和腹腔镜设备使用的医护人员对设备知识掌握程度情况。结果:与常规组(15.76%)相比较,干预组腹腔镜设备不良情况发生率(5.00%)明显较低(P<0.05);干预组腹腔镜设备使用的医护人员的满意度为96.92%,明显低于常规组的81.15%(P<0.05);与常规组相比较,干预组腹腔镜设备使用医护人员的基础使用、常规维护、清洗消毒知识评分均明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜机械吊塔管理和显示屏精细化管理能有效降低腹腔镜设备不良情况发生率,提高腹腔镜设备使用医护人员的满意度水平和对设备知识掌握程度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of fine management of lifting tower and display screen in reducing the maintenance rate of laparoscopic equipment.Methods:From May 1,2021 to October 31,2021,260 laparoscopic operations using active laparoscopic equipment were selected as the conventional group,and from November 1,2021 to April 30,2022,260 laparoscopic operations using Mindray HyProt3000 laparoscopic mechanical tower+suspension display were selected as the intervention group.The incidence of adverse events of laparoscopic equipment was compared between the two groups.The satisfaction level of medical staff using laparoscopic equipment and the mastery of equipment knowledge by medical staff using laparoscopic equipment were evaluated.Results:Compared with the conventional group(15.76%),the incidence of adverse laparoscopic equipment in the intervention group(5.00%)was significantly lower(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff using laparoscopic equipment in the intervention group was 96.92%,which was significantly lower than 81.15%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the scores of basic use,routine maintenance,cleaning and disinfection knowledge of medical staff using laparoscopic equipment in the intervention group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic mechanical lifting tower management and display screen fine management can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse conditions of laparoscopic equipment,improve the satisfaction level of medical staff using laparoscopic equipment and the mastery of equipment knowledge.
