集束化管理对自体动静脉内瘘钝针扣眼穿刺并发症的影响研究

Effects of cluster management on puncture complications of blunt needle buttonhole for autogenous arteriovenous fistula

目的 研究集束化管理对自体动静脉内瘘钝针扣眼穿刺并发症的影响。方法 选取2020年3月1日-2022年2月28日绵阳市中心医院血透中心通过钝针穿刺进行血液透析的110例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象,开展集束化管理前的52例患者为对照组,集束化管理后的58例患者为观察组,对比2组患者并发症发生率。结果观察组的感染发生率、渗血发生率、假性隧道形成发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 集束化管理可以降低维持性透析患者自体动静脉内瘘钝针扣眼穿刺并发症的发生率,保护透析患者的生命线,减轻痛苦,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of cluster management on puncture complications of blunt needle buttonhole in autogenous arteriovenous fistulaMethods Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis by blunt needle puncture at a hemodialysis center from March 1,2020 to February 28,2022 were selected as the study subjects.52 patients before cluster management were the control group,and 58 patients after cluster management were the observation group,the incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of infection,blood oozing and false tunnel formation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster management can reduce the incidence of blunt needle puncture complications of autologous arteriovenous fistula in patients with maintenance hemodialysis,effectively protect the lifeline of dialysis patients,and alleviate the pain of patients,which is worthy ofpromotion.
