摘要
磁共振(magnetic resonance,MR)设备是一种利用磁共振原理为人体内部组织器官成像从而帮助医师进行医学诊断的医疗器械。既与物理学、计算机等学科有着密切的联系,又因其高精度、安全及无辐射等优点,在临床上有着广泛的应用前景。因其技术复杂、运行环境高等特点,使得磁共振设备的维修工作既烦琐又费用高昂,导致磁共振设备的维修工作并不尽如人意,极大地制约了设备的利用率。本文主要介绍了1.5T磁共振系统在日常运行状态下的环境监测、开机率、日常保养、故障频次、故障维修实例并通过对磁共振设备的故障现象及维修对策的分析,探讨了磁共振设备的维护维修对策,以期降低磁共振设备的失效时间,提高磁共振设备的维护维修水平,确保其在临床上的应用效果。
Magnetic resonance equipment is a kind of medical instrument that uses the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance to image the internal tissues and organs of the human body so as to help doctors carry out medical diagnosis.It is closely related to physics,computer and so on,and has a wide application prospect in clinical practice because of its advantages of high precision,safety and no radiation.Owing to its complex technology and high operating-environment,the maintenance of magnetic resonance equipment is cumbersome and expensive,resulting in unsatisfactory maintenance of magnetic resonance equipment,which greatly restricts the utilization rate of equipment.This paper mainly introduces the environmental monitoring,opening rate,daily maintenance,failure frequency and maintenance examples of 1.5T NMR system in the daily operation state.Through the analysis of the fault phenomena and maintenance countermeasures of magnetic resonance equipment to discuss about the maintenance countermeasures of magnetic resonance equipment so as to reduce the failure time and improve the maintenance level of magnetic resonance equipment and ensure its clinical application effect.
