关节镜下关节清理术联合开放楔形胫骨高位截骨治疗内翻性膝关节骨关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Arthroscopic Debridement Combined with Open Wedge-shaped High Tibial Osteotomy in the Treatment of Varus Knee Osteoarthritis

目的研究内翻性膝关节骨关节炎(KOA)联合采用关节镜下关节清理术、开放楔形胫骨高位截骨(OWHTO)治疗的效果。方法选择2019年10月至2020年8月本院70例内翻性KOA患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成对照组(n=35)和治疗组(n=35)。对照组予OWHTO治疗,治疗组予OWHTO+关节镜下关节清理术。比较两组手术指标、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、膝关节活动度(ROM)和并发症。结果两组手术指标、VAS评分、ROM比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论内翻性KOA联合使用关节镜下关节清理术、OWHTO治疗效果确切。

Objective To study the curative effect of varus osteoarthritis(KOA)combined with arthroscopic debridement and open wedge-shaped high tibial osteotomy(OWHTO).Methods From October 2019 to August 2020,70 patients with varus KOA in our hospital were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and treatment group(n=35).The control group was treated with OWHTO,while the treatment group was treated with OWHTO+arthroscopic joint cleaning.The operation indexes,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,knee joint range of motion(ROM)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in operation index,VAS score and ROM between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of arthroscopic debridement and OWHTO for varus KOA is effective.
